Meet me at Ventura Cove Park at 5:45 AM for an early morning run! I know it's early, but it'll be worth it. We will promptly head out at 6:00 AM and run along the bay toward the ocean, enjoying one of San Diego's best sunrise routes. A friendly heads up: 6:00 AM means 6:00 AM. If you're not there when we start, you'll have to catch us next time. We won't be able to wait because we want to stay on schedule. I'm currently training for the NYC Marathon & would love some running buddies. All paces are welcome. After the run, anyone who wants to can join us for a coffee at Starbucks. Looking forward to getting some miles in with you!
Bring your own water, running shoes, and sun protection. Please arrive hydrated, warmed up, and ready to run!
Meet at Ventura Cove Park. This will be a 2+ mile run, so please make sure you're comfortable with that distance. Arrive warmed up and ready to go. We start promptly at 6:00 AM. I'll be wearing a light blue tank top.
