*** This is a Phoenix led class *** INDOOR ◇ EVENING ◇ ALL LEVELS 🐦‍🔥 Phoenix Tampa Yoga at HRCC 🐦‍🔥 🙏🏽🧎🏽‍♀️ Join us for an hour-long class that is designed to build & strengthen both your body and mind, as well as guide and assist you in developing resilience for all of life's experiences. Come gather, you are welcome with us. ♡ ** Space is made available by the Hillsborough Recovery Coalition Center [HRCC] **

What to bring?

👕 WEAR: comfortable attire that you can easily move in BRING: Hydration source, personal yoga gear OPTIONAL/SUGGESTED: small (sweat) towel, socks *with grips* if you prefer not to be barefoot ☆ Some yoga mats and other materials will be available.

Special instructions

🚗 Parking lot is around the back; Pls park on the green lawn space to the side of the building. 🚪ENTRANCE is around the back. Look for the 🐦‍🔥 Phoenix banner + sign on the door 🔔 Ring the bell for entry.
