👕 WEAR: comfortable attire that you can easily move in. BRING:🥤Hydration source OPTIONAL: any personal yoga gear, socks with grips if you prefer not to be barefoot; sweat towel; ** Some yoga mats and other materials will be available. **
🚗 Parking lot entry is around the back; pls park on the green lawn space to the side of the building. 🚪ENTRANCE is around the back - it's kinda hidden. ** look for the 🐦🔥 Phoenix banner + sign on the door 🔔 Ring the bell for entry.
