Phoenix Yoga is accessible for all levels of experience, is fun, and supports you in developing a deeper connection to your body, breath and awareness.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring water, and do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of class. All supplies are included but feel free to bring your own if you have them and prefer.
