Phoenix Yoga is accessible for all levels of experience and supports you in developing a deeper connection to your body, breath and self-compassion.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water. Do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of class. All supplies are provided but if you have your own feel free to bring them.
