Phoenix Yoga is accessible for all levels of experience and supports in developing a deeper, more compassionate connection to body, breath and awareness.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of class. All supplies are provided but feel free to bring your own mat, blocks, blankets, etc. if you have them.
Please arrive 10 minutes early if you are new to yoga or new to The Phoenix.
