Join us for a one-hour yoga session designed to help you move with intention and find balance. This class focuses on slow, mindful movements similar to a slow flow yoga practice. We'll start by tuning into the energy of the room — if things feel lively, we may begin with a gentle flow before easing into slower, grounding movements to help you relax, release tension, and connect with your best self.
No prior yoga experience is needed, but if you're familiar with yoga poses, you'll feel right at home. Come as you are — all are welcome!
