A class designed to set you up to feel confident exploring yoga classes inside or outside studios. Andrea will guide you through - form in poses, common cues & breath-work.
Bring a friend and a bottle of water. Bring you own mat if you have one. There a mats to borrow if needed.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to settle in your space. If you are new, you'll need to complete a waiver and an optional survey. Please discuss any special needs, sensitivities, and/or accommodations with the instructor before class begins.
