Phoenix Yoga is for all levels of experience and is offered to support you in mindful movement and relaxation.
If you have your own yoga mat and props feel free to bring them, if not we have all supplies available at the studio.
Do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours prior to class. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring water.
