Phoenix Yoga is for all levels of experience and includes guided movement, mindfulness, and relaxation.
If you have Yoga mat and props that you like to use, feel free to bring them, otherwise we have all the supplies you need at the studio.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and do not eat a large meal within 2 hours prior of class.
