All are welcome at this super supportive, warm and friendly poetry and music open mic! Held every 2nd Sunday, this Poetry & Music Open Mic honors the legacy of Army Veteran Jihmye Collins and Vietnam Veteran Jim Hornsby Moreno, continuing the brave, safe & supportive community they built through creative expression. -Free admission (please support this veteran-owned small business by purchasing food or a drink) -Poets have 2 poems or 5 minutes | Musicians have 2 songs or 10 minutes -Add your name to the paper sign in sheet when you arrive to get a spot in the lineup! You’ll find kind, genuine, and authentic people in this loving space.
