About the event

Professionals in Recovery at Mountainside is a discussion-based support group for individuals navigating recovery while managing the demands of professional life. This is not a 12-step meeting, but a space where open dialogue and crosstalk are encouraged. Each session begins with check-ins followed by discussion on topics related to work, identity, stress, and balance. We recognize that recovery is not one-size-fits-all, and this group offers space to connect, reflect, and grow with others who understand the unique challenges professionals face.
