Recovery Dharma Meeting

About the event

Recovery Dharma meets at 7pm in the main meditation hall at Dharma Bum Temple in San Diego’s University Heights neighborhood. If you’re navigating addiction of any kind, this is a grounded, peaceful space to do that work alongside others on the same path. Peer-led, non-theistic, and open to all — regardless of religious background, gender, or what program you’re in. You don’t have to be Buddhist. You just have to be ready to show up. Free. No experience required.

What to bring?

Leave your shoes and water at the cubby, bring a friend if you’d like, and come with an open mind. That’s all you need.
