Refuge Recovery Meeting

About the event

Refuge Recovery is a Buddhist-oriented, non-theistic recovery program that does not ask anyone to believe anything, only to trust the process and do the hard work of recovery. Every meeting we have a reading, a meditation, and sharing. All are welcome, no matter your background, no matter what you're recovering from.

What to bring?

A meditation cushion and/or yoga mat if you wish, but chairs are always provided!

Special instructions

When looking at the building from the street, it is the door on the far left. I'm usually there at 12:45pm to unlock the building. This meeting is located on the second floor and there is no elevator or ramp access. Apologies for the inconvenience!
