Group workout that can be scaled to your current workout comfirt level be it brand new to experienced. The goal is for everyone to feel challenged and uplifted after the workout.
Workout clothes and wather bottle recommended.
We'll be doing the Murph workout this week - you're welcome to join the normal Crossfit class at either 8 am or 930 - they are both 90 minute blocks!
