In Jewish tradition, the month of Shevat is a time of deep renewal, when the sap begins to rise and new growth quietly awakens beneath the surface. Roots Down, Spirit Up invites you into that same energy. This recovery-informed ecstatic dance offers space to move, release what no longer serves, reconnect with your body, and feel grounded in community. The evening will be guided by a live set from DJ Nina, whose music creates an intentional arc for movement, expression, and return. Come as you are and step into a night of rhythm, healing, and possibility. Letting the music support your journey inward and outward, together.
