About the event

Join us Montrose Beach for a relaxed Sunday morning run! We will be meeting next to Kayak Chicago at the south end of the beach, just north of the bird sanctuary. The total distance will be 3.25-3.5 miles. We’ll shoot for a pack pace between 10-11 minutes/mile. Please come dressed for the weather and with your own water. Looking forward to seeing you there!
