We will meet at **Roy H. Cullen Timing Track** (not the running center). Exact address and map are in the below special instructions. be sure to arrive a bit early to get parking ($2) Warm-up: 2 easy laps (800 m total); Dynamic Stretches (leg swings, high knees, butt kicks, skips, etc); Main set: (6-8 laps Warm-Up Run 2.5 miles at tempo pace; Sprint the straights (100 m each) and then jog the curves (100 m each) After each surge, return to tempo pace; Cooldown: 2 laps; Light stretching Total about 3.5 miles, with a focus on improving your endurance and sustained speed.
Water bottle, insect repellent, sunscreen, towel, change of clothes if needed. credit card for parking machine: 2 dollars for 3 hours.
