Run Club

About the event

Start your weekend with fresh air, movement, and community. Join our run club along the scenic C&O Canal Towpath. All levels welcome—we split into two groups: a 3-mile run and 2-mile walk. This session is about improving health and connecting together in the great outdoors. We’ll meet outside the restrooms in the parking lot across from Old Anglers Inn (10801 MacArthur Blvd). Arrive a few minutes early for a prompt 7:30AM start. Call or text me if you have any issues 703-945-0284. Let’s do this! (For our last event each month, we meet over Zoom for a virtual coffee chat instead of a run. Listed separately on New Form.)
