Join Island Endurance x The Phoenix for a weekly run club workout at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre. We’ll meet in the lobby, talk through the workout, do about a 20-minute warm-up run, then a different session each week—from speed work to hills and more—to help you improve your running. It’s a fun, coached workout for all running abilities, with good people and good vibes in a supportive, substance-free community. We gratefully acknowledge that we gather and run on the traditional territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples (Songhees and Esquimalt) and the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples, and we are thankful to live, move, and build community on these lands.
What to bring: running shoes, a headlamp in the darker winter months, and yourself. We’re out here all year, in all conditions, so just dress for the weather and show up ready to move.
