Run with us on Saturday mornings! All paces and distances welcome. If you're training for the La Jolla Half Marathon, this is week 8 of training.
Water. Helps if you have a handheld water bottle, hydration vest or belt. A watch or cell phone that tracks time and/or mileage. Anything that makes your run comfortable like a visor, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. And of course, running shoes!
The running locations will change each week. For this location, meet near the Tidelands Park playground. Plenty of parking in the parking lot or along the streets.
