Join us for a run on Saturday mornings! All paces welcome. You pick your distance. The running routes will be provided. We’ll do a dynamic warm-up before the run. If you're training for the La Jolla Half, you're in week 11. This will be a taper run before the half marathon next weekend. Water. (Helps if you have a handheld water bottle, hydration vest or belt.) A watch or cell phone that tracks time and/or mileage. Anything else you need like visor, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. And of course, running shoes!
The locations change each week. For this week, meet near the Japanese Friendship Bell. It's all the way at the west end of Shelter Island. Look for the Phoenix lawn sign. You can park in the small parking lot or along the street. Occurs rain or shine.
