This class includes three rounds of heat and cold. In the sauna, you’ll be guided in meditation, breath exercise, and group discussion to relax the body and center the mind. Then, the cold plunge awakens the body, builds resilience, and leaves you feeling refreshed. Together, the practice has many benefits, some including stress release, mental clarity, inflammation reduction, cardiovascular health, and community connection.
