Build confidence and strength while learning essential self-defense techniques in this dynamic Jiu-Jitsu-based class! You'll practice the haymaker punch, mastering sprawls, executing powerful front and back kicks, and developing a solid kick-up base. This high-energy session features 6 to 7 workout stations, each focusing on a specific skill. You’ll spend 3 minutes at each station, refining your movements and building endurance. No experience needed—just come ready to move, learn, and empower yourself!
Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle.
Arrive a few minutes early for a brief warm-up and overview. Be ready to move and engage in partner drills. Respect all participants and instructors—this is a safe and supportive space!
