Self-Discovery Journaling is a guided 30-minute virtual space designed to help you reconnect with yourself and plant seeds of intention as we move toward spring. Each session begins with a brief meditation and nervous system reset to help you feel grounded and present. From there, you’ll receive journaling prompts and will have quiet time to write. This is followed by optional sharing in a supportive space. No pressure. No fixing. Just reflection, growth, and community. Bring a journal/paper and something to write with.
