SMART Recovery @ The Phoenix: Experience self-empowerment and the power of choice in addiction recovery at this weekly peer support meeting at The Phoenix facility. Meetings focus on building motivation, coping with urges, managing thoughts behind behaviors, and creating a balanced lifestyle. SMART Recovery is a secular, stigma-free, and evidence-informed recovery method that supports people with substance dependencies or problem behaviors. Meetings are free and open to all.
