Science-informed mutual help non-professional talk therapy. In my opinion it is totally compatible with 12-step or any other recovery meetings but hey - - it just may also be compatible for someone who thinks that those other meetings are incompatible with them!
Let's aim to come as close as possible to Bringing the antithesis of weapons, drugs, and hostility... But really you don't need any special supplies, and there probably is coffee and expired pastries available at the yellow house where we meet.
The "special instructions" will be given live at the meeting. And ps I am not the facilitator; i am but a participant and advocate for this style of meetings and I will try to be there every week. My cell is 7,208,767,003.
