Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART) is a mutual aid recovery support group aimed to help build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manage thoughts, feelings, and behavior; and live a balanced lifestyle. We meet every Saturday at 10 AM in the Conference Room of the Medical Plaza I building at the Methodist Hospital Campus for Continuing Care in Richardson.
