About the event

Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART) is a mutual aid recovery support group aimed to help build and maintain motivation; cope with urges; manage thoughts, feelings, and behavior; and live a balanced lifestyle. We meet every Tuesday at 6 PM in the Conference Room of the Medical Plaza I building at the Methodist Hospital for Continuing Care.
