Small group restorative and calming sound session Lead by certified sound practitioner JaeAna Bernardt She will use singing bowls, chimes, bells and other instruments

What to bring?

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, floor mat or anything that will helpl you feel comfortable on the floor. Chairs will be available also.
