LA Healing in the Park! Join me this Sunday for a heart-opening afternoon of community, yoga, and a rejuvenating soundbath. Los Angeles Historic State Park by the bridge 12:00 PM - 2:00PM FREE for everyone Can't wait to share space with you! Let's ground, breathe, and heal together under the open sky.!! This event isn't substance-free as it is open to all, but I myself am sober and in recovery. Come out and look for me and we'll have a great time with the group.
Bring water, comfortable clothes, and a mat(some available to borrow), a friend (solo works, too!), and your beautiful energy.
