A unique blend of rejuvenating practices to promote relaxation and well-being. Participants engage in a rotating sequence of stretch, TRY Yoga, Restorative movement and accompanied by the soothing sounds of resonant singing bowls.
Feel free to bring water to stay hydrated, a journal, your favorite blanket, and anything you may need to feel comfortable. Yoga mats and yoga blocks will be provided.
