About the event

We’re splitting Third Thursday Wellness into two separate events moving forward to help the evening flow more smoothly. If you’d like to participate in AcuDetox, please sign up for that event separately. Join us for a healing experience of singing bowls and deep relaxation. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in sound waves from instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and more. Come get comfortable and allow the sounds to support rest and restoration.
