Stand Up Paddle Boarding

About the event

Paddle boarding at Montrose Beach with Kayak Chicago is back for the second season. This bi-monthly event is one of my favorite summer activities! Please be on time for setup, safety instructions, waiver signing, and our ethos. We'll try to get on the water asap. Parking will be much easier by arriving early, and bike racks are also available. I look at the weather closely (wind & waves), so check for updates if anything changes.

What to bring?

Beach wear, fluids, sunblock, hat, flip flops (sometimes hot beach sand), and a plastic phone case if you want to take pictures. Life jackets are provided. They do have storage cubbies if you want to store anything.

Special instructions

We will meet at the Kayak Chicago building....it's blue with a white tent roof. It's on the South end of Montrose Beach, just South of The Doc at Montrose Beach restaurant (200 W Montrose Harbor Dr.). Call me at 773-531-6580 if needed.
