Stand Up Paddle Boarding

About the event

Let's do the marina tour and light yoga on a paddleboard. This monthly event will continue through 2024. You MUST CALL OR TEXT Lori (619)990-3099 to confirm you are attending to ensure there will be a paddleboard, paddle and life jacket for you.

What to bring?

Wear layers (no cotton). Bring nothing you would be concerned about ending up in the water.
