Looking for a boost towards your fitness goals then this is just the class for you! This class combines multiple forms of exercise including resistance and balance training, yoga, shadow boxing, and varying stretching techniques all for the purposes of creating a comprehensive workout experience. Each class includes a dynamic warm-up, primary workout composed of exercises conducted in a circuit format, and concluding with a cool-down in conjunction with post-workout stretching. In addition to the workout, class participants will receive structured guidance on exercise technique and modifications as needed. Dumbbells Recommended.
