💪 "Strength Circuit" at Kali is our 50-minute strength training class designed to build muscle, increase endurance and challenge your body in new ways each session. The muscle focus changes throughout the week—from upper body and lower body, to core and full-body training—providing you with a balanced, well rounded workout routine. I will move through a warm-up, intentional strength training, and a yoga-style cool down. 🔥
🔥 Kali and The Phoenix are gifting free spots in this class—usually a $35 drop-in—to members with 48 hours of sobriety! 👟 Wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothes for moving. Bring a reusable water bottle.
All fitness levels welcome. I will provide options to modify or increase intensity. Arrive 10 minutes early to sign our waiver (https://tinyurl.com/KaliHFwaiver) and get comfortable in the studio. Ample parking in our private lot or free street parking.
