Strongman 101 Each class will highlight a different event typically seen in a Strongman competition ranging from Atlas stone loading to training for a vehicle pull and everything in between. The first half will be in a workshop format, going over safe and effective technique. The second half will be run competition style with a timer. Attendees will have 2 to 3 rounds to beat their previous times on the event. In the spirit of Strongman, it is encouraged to push yourself hard and find new avenues of strength, so come prepared!
