Sunken Garden

About the event

Come stroll the historic Sunken Gardens in St Petersburg to see tropical plants, birds and turtles. This garden is well over 100 years old and contains unusually large tropical plants not commonly seen this far north. Bring your curiosity as you explore this garden with a docent tour. You are welcome to stay after the tour to soak in the beauty or visit the onsite history museum.

What to bring?

Comfortable walking shoes, water, and sunscreen along with your curiosity for Florida history, plants and bird life.
