Tai Chi is "Meditation in Motion" for calming, centering, and stress-relief. Practice chi kung (qi gong) and learn the 24-posture Combined Style Tai Chi form with 6th degree kung fu Master Tanisha at her studio, 7-Star Phoenix.
Plan for bare feet (socks are okay) and bring a water bottle (or use the drinking fountain here). Enter at 7-Star Phoenix Kung Fu Suite 110.
