- An opportunity to come together in a safe space and celebrate how our bodies can move in a safe space with good vibes and good people. - Group fitness class that can be scaled up or down for all levels. - Using a variety of movements, weights, objects, and cardio machines we will coach you through a workout designed to make you move your body well, sweat, increase your strength and have fun while doing it! - We’ll follow the basic CrossFit Principles and Fundamentals to provide an efficient and safe experience. - You will be coached, there will be music, and this will be a space filled with like-minded individuals.
- Workout/athletic style shoes. - clothes you don’t mind sweating in. - water/water bottle (There is no water fountain) - Anything you’d need to workout
Please show up 10 minutes early so you can fill out our gym waiver, this is in addition to the Phoenix app waiver you need to sign up for class.
