CrossFit class open to all levels and abilities. We will do either strength training and a shorter workout or a longer format workout that incorporates some strength training and more cardio.
Gym clothes, workout shoes, and a water bottle.
Plenty of free parking in the big fenced lot. Try to arrive a few mins early-first-timers need to sign a quick waiver. We kick things off right at 8am!
