All levels CrossFit classes are fun and fast-paced. We start with a warm-up and move into a full-body workout. CrossFit combines cardio and calisthenics with weight-lifting. You will get a complete workout in under an hour. No experience necessary, this is an intense workout for both total newbies AND seasoned athletes. Hope to see you there💪
