The Phoenix CrossFit Partnership

About the event

This is a CrossFit Class at CFL and has CFL members present. CFL is a wonderful community that supports The Phoenix mission and is willing to open up spots for Phoenix members to join!! We do a quick PHX circle up in the beginning just like every class!

Special instructions

This is a Hybrid Class with CrossFit Lowell Members present - all levels welcome!
