Includes options for all mobilities and strengths, please do not be intimidated! Constantly-varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. Class comprises a circle up, intro, warm up, skill demo and practice, and workout of the day. Adults only. Be on time to class! If you miss the circle up, you will not be eligible to participate.
Wear clothing and shoes appropriate for high intensity exercise. Optionally bring water and a sweat towel. We provide water and towels on site.
Let the instructor know in advance or at the start of class if you have any injuries or limitations to range of motion.
