The Reset Room

About the event

The Reset Room is a weekly creative wellness series inviting Montgomery County community members and Harcum students to pause, express, and reset through art, movement, and mindfulness. Hosted in partnership with Forbidden Fruit, The Phoenix, and Harcum CRP, this 8-part series is a valuable way to reduce stress & isolation, offering space to recharge through guided workshops that nurture self-awareness and community connection. Free + open to all! End 2025 and start 2026 on a mindful note in The Reset Room.
