During the 90-minute outing, guests will discover incredible animals that live in the intertidal zone, the rocky area that is exposed during low tide. Learn to safely navigate slippery rocks and spot the most elusive creatures in this rugged environment.
Flash light or headlamp! Your feet will get wet and the rocks will be slippery. Water shoes are recommend, but bare feet work just fine. Expect cold and windy conditions so dress warm and wear a rain jaket or wind breaker.
I will be at the green gazebo at the start of the event. Then I will move to the tidepools. If you’re running bit late come look for me at the north end of the beach where the people are. I’ll be there.
