Join the Obstacle Course Racing Team as we train for the 2024 racing season! These trail runs will of course focus on running, but we will also incorporate stadium stair climbing and functional fitness exercises during the run.
Trail running shoes, clothing appropriate for the weather, water bottle(s), electrolytes, and fueling in the form of easily digestible carbs.
We will ONLY meet when the weather is forecast to be 32°F or above at noon on the day of the run. All routes will be out and back loops, allowing flexibility for longer or shorter distances.
