By following specific guidelines we are able to create a safe and inclusive space to explore the mind-body connection, connecting to our own unique inner landscapes and rhythms. Each class is designed to be slow and nourishing, with gentle movements.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. There will be some available if needed.
I will be in the front to check you in, the class will be held in the Sparrow Studio.
