About the event

UpRoutes is a trauma-informed adventure therapy program led by mental health professionals. Our mission is to build self-esteem and community through the shared experience of facilitated adventures, such as rock climbing, hiking, and skiing. Rock climbing is our passion, and we look forward to sharing it with you.
